Viktor Toroptsev, a taxi driver from a dying city in the Far East of Russia, decides that his life has arrived at a critical moment. He starts a YouTube channel where he begins publishing evidence of total poverty and lack of rights of his people. Victor’s quest to save his city and all of Russia from inevitable death sends him on a crucial life journey, without knowing what chain of events he has started.
